VERY

Result Confirmaton requires the
candidate to attach a passport photo (160 x 200px) in JPEG format on the Result Confirmation form OR forward two passport-sized photographs to the RATD Office of Ghana (WAEC) or the nearest
WAEC office.
The passport-size photographs should be endorsed at
the back by any one of the following persons who can
guarantee that you are the bonafide candidate who
took the examination.
• Head of your present/former school
OR Head of a Recognized Educational Institution.
• A Senior Officer of the Security Services
not below the Rank of Major/Superintendent or its
equivalent.
• A Senior Public Servant (Principal Executive
Officer and above)
• A qualified registered Medical Practitioner
(herbalists are not acceptable)
• A Barrister/Solicitor
Result Confirmaton that will be
sent outside Ghana costs 60,000 cedis while
those that will be sent within Ghana costs 25,000
cedis.
Processing of result confirmation that will be sent
to location outside Ghana will be initiated but you
will have to go to RATD Office of Ghana (WAEC) to
complete the transaction for the processing to be
completed. You will have to go and pay a balance of
35, 000 cedis for the transaction
to be finally completed. Take along your scratch card
for identification purpose.
Processing of result confirmation that will be sent
to location within Ghana will be completed here and
will be sent to the recipient
address that you entered.
USING
THE RESULT CONFIRMATION
Enter
your 9-digit Index Number.
Select
the Type of Examination (e.g. S S S C E).
Select
your Examination Year eg. 2003.
Enter
the Card Serial Number found on the reverse side of your
Scratch card.
Enter
the 12-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) on your
Scratch card eg. 012345678912.
Confirm
your Index Number and Examination Year. This is to ensure
that your examination information is correct.
Enter your Email Address (optional).
Enter the full Recipient's Address.
Select the Country of the Recipient.
Select
a passport-size photograph file from your computer. The photograph must be in Joint Portable Exchange Format (JPEG). Recommended photo dimension is 160 x 200 pixels.
Click
on Submit and wait for the display in the popup window.
This may take several minutes.
